The GIRLI3X currently draws a straight line from NTW02 to NITUD, The Fenix A320 and iFly 737MAX draws these correctly with the left turn to intc the 200 heading inbound to NITUD, In the PMDG 737NG in 2020 it draws it as a straight line, it should not draw an “intc” point but it should turn left to intercept the heading 200 from NTW02, I can find a way to link pics, but I can show how it looks on other SIDS and what IRL on the ND
Hi Callum,
This is an “interpretation” issue in the PMDG rather than a data issue. All addons use the same source behind. Fenix and PMDG use the same dataset.
I have checked the PMDG database, and the intercept leg is included, but it seems that the PMDG does not handle it 100% correct. Sorry, but in this case, I must ask you to report this to PMDG. We can’t do anything here; the data that we offer offers this intercept.
I will pass the information along to the development team. Thanks for the feedback.

A very default reply… I really do not understand why PMDG takes this stance on issues on their side, not very useful when I asked to see if I could test anything myside with a possible fix by editing any simple nav data code etc
Hi,
That’s the mistake on your side. It is not a navdata issue, so changing anything in the database will not help here. It is an interpretation issue coded in the PMDG; therefore, the answer is that the devs will look at it.
We have known PMDG for decades, and they do their best to fix such issues as fast as they can. Trust PMDG, the guys there are really great, and even when it looks like a “default answer,” you can be sure that it will be checked and fixed. Not all companies (even when they are huge and prominent) do this.
It will take time, yes, but I’m pretty sure they will fix it. Thanks for sharing the feedback!
Hi,
Yeah I understood, Thank you for the reply
I thought it maybe an issue on either end due to LDPL having the same overfly waypoint and displaying it correctly but NCL isn’t, One does it correctly in the PMDG and the other doesn’t so the PMDG does it correctly at some airports and wrong at others, which made me think nav data.
Its all cleared up and I hope a fix is sorted out
Thanks,
Callum
