EGBE is showing a series of STARS in LNM which I think actually belong to EGBB.

That is correct, check the text published on the EGBE STAR charts.
Thank you. I can’t actually find any charts for EGBE apart from the Aerodrome & parking charts, however, I can see the ATS guidance for flights to use EGBB STARS. No wonder it looked confusing, to me anyway….
