I input my route, exact aircraft type and maker, but when i load in the details onto my MCDU, ( I dont use in game winds ) my efob is always 0.9-1.1 even on the flights my aircraft is more than capable of. I play msfs 2020 and use the inibuilds a320 v2.

This is definitely the issue then.
SimBrief uses real-world winds by default, which gave you a tailwind of 51 kts on average for this flight.
If your simulator does not have these winds, the flight will take much more fuel obviously.
To disable real-world winds and force calm winds for the entire flight in SimBrief, scroll to the bottom of the Flight Options, and in the “Debug Parameters” section, disable this option:
