EFB Navigraph charts in PMDG 737-800 not working

Hi,

when trying to view Navigraph charts in EFB i get message to Get Navigraph Unlimited to unlock all data, apps and services.

I have authenticated in sthe EFB settings, tried to log off and log in again several times, but still can get the charts to work. Also have the latest AIRAC database.

Am i missing something?

It looks like you may have a second, unsubscribed account.

Make sure that you are signing into the correct account and verify your SimBrief PilotID is for this correct account also.
