EFB missing from FS2024 after update to 1.39.9.0 2025-11-17
Tab key no longer opens EFB. Now it opens help. No other changes have been made other than the mandatory update on 2025-11-17.
I can no longer import a flightplan to the world map.

PS: Not sure, from where you have the version number, but for MSFS2024 it is 1.5.27.0 (or the latest SU4 beta 1.6.25.0). Possible you mean MSFS 2020 …
