Duplicate navaids in X-Plane "custom data native" set

Probably one line is derived from the VOR and the other the DME component, but given how the lines are exact duplicates the data is redundant.

Thanks, we will try to temove it in one of the next cycles. Duplicate entries have no effect for X-Plane. But anyways, thanks.
