Hi…,
Welcome.
Please uninstall Navigraph Hub, download, install and run latest Navigraph Hub
Any improvement?
Cheers
Ian
Hi Ricardo,
Navigraph Hub talks to our servers using SSL, which means it verifies that it is our servers by asking for an SSL certificate to prove that it’s us it is speaking to. Think of it like a digital ID card for websites. This certificate is issued by a trusted 3rd party organization called a Certificate Authority (CA).
You are seeing this error because Navigraph Hub is encountering a certificate that hasn’t been verified by a recognized authority when trying to connect to our servers and, therefore, cannot proceed as the connection cannot be trusted.
This can happen if you use Navigraph Hub on a computer with an SSL Proxy or other network analysis tools installed, or on a corporate or public network where internal traffic is being analyzed before reaching its intended target. Perhaps the problem appeared after installing some other software, changing ISP or router?
Kind regards,
Markus
Hi, M4rkus, the problem appeared from one moment to another, I didn’ change anything but now I can´t update neither the FS2020 nor the FenixSIM databases. What can I do?
You need to make sure that whatever is adding a self-signed certificate to your chain stops doing that. Do you use any antivirus? See this for more details:
Kind Regards,
Malte
Hello again! I see that this topic was automatically closed due to inactivity.
Did you manage to resolve the issue?

Hi, how are you? Happy new year! Yes, finally I could resolve the issue downloading the Navigraph Hub in a different computer, opening the app and signing in that computer (that generated another kind of error) and then opening the app in my computer and signing in again.
Regards,
Ricardo Diaz
Happy new year!
That sounds very odd, but I am happy that it works for you! Thank you for the update!
Kind Regards,
Malte
