Download format for FSLabs is wrong

I have used Simbrief and the downloader for the first time in 5 months. I used P3Dv5

I now have an issue when trying to upload a flightplan into the FMC of the FSLabs A320. As usual I enter the flight number and press INIT REQUEST, but no flight plan is found. When I check in the download folder, there is a file for the route I had created, but instead of the flight number it has the aircraft registration. Which of course is then not recognised by the A320 INIT REQUEST.

Example: I created a flightplan in Simbrief for KATL-KRSW, entered flight number DAL 1189, for an an airplane with reg N808DN. What SHOULD happen: the downloader should create a file that starts with DAL1189. Instead it creates a file with reg N808DN.

How can I get the downloader to create a file in the format that can be used by the FSLabs A320, i.e. with the flight number?

Does the ATSU/AOC INIT function not work ?

Shouldn’t be any need for the downloader now when using Simbrief.

Tested the downloader and FSL in P3Dv5, the file name is as expected ie callsign which would be loaded via INIT-A

Are you sure you are not accidentally overriding the callsign here? Like so (incorrect):

…where you mean to do this instead (correct):

Tim

Bingo. That was what I did.

Probably this is what happens when not using Simbrief for more than 5 months and then doing things wrong although they were second nature before.

Thank you.
