How are the current oceanic tracks displayed on the map prior to creating or downloading a flight plan?

Just FWIW, because I was confused by this statement, it turns out the update with this feature has been released to all versions of Charts (including Charts Desktop for macOS), except specifically Charts Desktop for Windows which is still awaiting the 8.44.0 update.
The latest version of each “variant” of Navigraph Charts can be found here:
