Dispatch not working

Since morning the dispatch is not working. It’s not opening looks like some server issue.

I also mailed but have not got response.

You are not alone, Shaun. I am having the same problem. It was working fine until yesterday but since this morning, it’s broken and not working properly.

Hello all,

I wanted to get some support regarding Simbrief not being able to connect to communication server since last 14 hours in India. It was working fine on September 5th. I’m able to access and see the previous flight plans in navigraph maps app but unable to access Simbrief / dispatch. Kindly help.

Hi, it looks like there might be a routing issue from India. Our server is working fine at the moment, and most users are able to access SimBrief without any issues.

Unfortunately this is out of our control, likely it’s a temporary issue at your internet provider that they will resolve on their own. If it doesn’t improve in a few days, we recommend reaching out to your ISP to report the problem.

As a temporary workaround, if you have access to a VPN, it’s likely that connecting through your VPN will solve the issue. If you have the option, try selecting the country in your VPN settings to somewhere in Europe or North America.

This maybe due to internet cables having been cut in the Red Sea degrading performance in the Middle East and Asia.

I agree. The whole asia and Middle East is impacted. Hope the problem is sorted out soon.

That’s good to know but I am still having the same issue. Will give it a couple of more hours. Hopefully it will be resolved by then.

vpn is not working either . i have hardly sent an email from simbrief website after waiting so long for it to load . please do smtg
