I recently updated MSFS24 and noticed Dispatch is not showing up in the EFB. I redownloaded and unzipped Dispatch and placed it in the Community folder with a few other addons I have. It still will not show up in the EFB. I’ve also tried placing the Dispatch in the New Community2024 folder and will not show up. Any suggestions? Thanks
I too am having the same issue. Pretty hard to set up and import a flight plan into the sim without it. Hoping it’ll be fixed sooner rather than later. It’s been brought up on the Official forums for SU4 Beta, but not even a response from either Navigraph or Microsoft/ASOBO has been posted.
I have the same issue. No SimBrief in EFB. I tried to reinstall all content via Navigraph hub but only Navigraph charts are present. It’s after SU4 update of MSFS.
Hi everyone,
We are aware of the issue and are looking into it now.

I also have the same problem that the simbrief app isn’t showing up any more in the EFB. Checked in the Sim and the application is marked as active. I also checked in the community folder. The file is there. I tried reinstalling it with the latest version from your website. But nothing seems to help. I only noticed that there is a new community2024 folder. witch wasn’t there before. If I want to fly with the airbus 320 neo from Flybywire the sim freezes. Yesterday everything worked perfect. Has there been update of some kind? any suggestions how to fix it? Thanks in advance.
… and you are NOT on SU4 beta?
Cheers,
Richard
Yes this is after Beta update SU4. I guess the work around for the time being is to save your flight plan on your computer and import a saved plan into the EFB.
As Jack wrote here, I ask, due to the question, we haven´t updated anything, but it’s possible @TakeoffAirport209 has updated to SU4 beta.
Cheers,
Richard
Where can you find out if the sim has been update to what version. I have a steam version and don’t know how updates are done. I suppose you need to select a beta version to be activated. So it is possible that the sim has updated to SU4 beta without me knowing.
You see your version when you are in window mode in the window title on the top …
1.5.x is SU3
1.6.x is SU4 beta
Hope that helps
Richard
I went to the stream platform and saw there that the beta version SU4 was activated. I turned it off and went back to the normal version. I restarted the sim and the Simbrief app is now showing again. So thanks for the help. I will wait for solution before changing back to the new update 4 version. Kind Regards
Thanks for the feedback - we are looking into the SU4 beta issue.
Cheers,
Richard
We have identified the root cause and reported it to Asobo, unfortunately at this point it is out of our hands
Whew, glad it’s not just me! Hoping for a fix soon!
I’ve been going crazy for like 2 hours tryna figure out what was going on smh, gonna get off the beta and try again.
i just joined sim update 4 for stability in long haul flights and i have the same issue. I’ve removed sim brief and Navi graph from my community folder did the entire process over and every time i can only get Navi graph to show in efb but not sim brief
Hi everyone,
Asobo has confirmed a fix for the issue, which will be present in SU4 beta versions 1.6.6.0 and higher (not yet released)

What I expected to happen.
Clarify your expectations. It’s easier to understand the anticipated
behavior and determine whether it’s truly a bug or a usability issue that
needs to be reviewed.
What actually happened
Ever since SU4 Beta in FS2024 was released SimBrief will not display an icon in the EFB to open it up. I can go to my library in the Marketplace and I can see that it is disabled. When I select enable it goes to 90% but never loads.
I have moved your post to this thread where you will see the issue is addressed. Please see Dispatch not showing EFB in MSFS2024 SU4 beta - #21 by JackLavigne above.
Cheers
