I’m trying to update my PMDG 736 with the new AIRAC cycle. I have tremors so I can’t use my smartphone. So, I went to the website and tried to get the code for downloading the airac. I logged in but never recieved the code, I checked the spam folder and it wasn’t there either. What do I do?
Hello, the code may be sent to your email. You can check that when you log in. It should tell you that is was sent to email.
I never received it. I even checked the SPAM folder.

PMDG Boeing 737-600, but for which simulator? MSFS 2024, MSFS 2020, or an older sim?
Also, you posted in the “FMS Data Manager” section, but if you are using MSFS 2020/2024, navdata is updated either via Navigraph Hub or via the PMDG EFB in the aircraft.
Finally, I cannot think of any Navigraph navdata update procedure where you receive a code via email, just for what it’s worth.
