Developer API access request sent to dev@navigraph.com on Jul 12th, 2026 — no reply, can you confirm it arrived?

Hello,

Jul 12th,2026, I emailed dev@navigraph.com requesting developer credentials for the
Navigation Data API (client_id / client_secret). I have not received a reply yet,
and I am aware of at least one case on this forum where the team’s answer was
silently blocked by the sender’s mail provider, so I would like to confirm the
request actually reached you rather than assume it is still in the queue.

Summary of the request, for reference:

  • Application: , a flight-simulation dispatch and EFB suite
    (MSFS 2020/2024, X-Plane, Prepar3D).
  • Platform: desktop client plus a web application.
  • APIs requested: Navigation Data. <Charts, si lo quieres también.>
  • Authentication flow: Device Authorization Flow with PKCE.
  • Per-user entitlement: already implemented end-to-end. Each pilot links their
own Navigraph account through the device flow; navdata is downloaded with that
pilot’s own token, the subscription entitlement is verified before any data is
served, and the cache is scoped per pilot. Unlinking revokes access. No data is
redistributed, and no shared or application-level data copy exists.

I am happy to provide any further detail the team needs, or to resend the request
to a different address if the original never arrived. If it is easier, I can share
an alternative email by direct message.

Thanks for your time.

Best regards,

HM

Yes, we have gotten your request, but it is summer time, and most of the team are on vacation.

Please be patient
