I regularly control and fly to and from NTAA. I’ve noticed that simbrief makes a lot of assumptions that are incorrect:
MOSMA departure. The MOSMA departures are solely for flights from NTAA to NTTM
ARITI departure The ARITI departures are solely for flights between NTAA and NTTE (The private island with the Brando Hotel)
VAITE departures. VAITE departures are for flights to NTTB/NTTP/NTTR/NTTH (the Ile Sous le Vent). The exception to this rule is flight to Japan that also use the VAITE departures and then go to MEGOG and from there it’s a UPR
Flights to NZAA. SimBrief always routes over NCRG along G594 The usual route is actually along G599 (further south and direct) Off 04 its’s PASTI 4E DEP PASTI ONIDO TEKOT G599 AA, and off 22 it’s merely BEBIG 4W BEBIG AROBA G599 AA
As per the above YSSY also does not route over NCRG. Off 04 is PASTE 4E PASTI ONIDO SABUB G595 SY. Off 22 it’s BEBIG 4W BEBIG SABUB G595 SY
04 is preferred for most operations, even with some downwind. Departures to the west usually get the PASTI departure, and fly around the island to pick up their route. Once they aircraft are past 9000’ the SID will get cancelled, further climb, and direct to the first waypoint along the appropriate airway. Easterly departures (SOuth America, eastern islands) get the BENKO departures, northerly ones (north america, hawaii) get the IKELO departures
