DEP/ARR SIDs and STARS unavailable after downloading Navigraph data

I’ve provided the screenshots above to give a visual reference of what I’m seeing, the title summarizes it best. After installing AIRAC cycle 2513 rev 1, EFB charts app 1.0.5, EFB app 1.3.0, and the 777-300ER add on, my SIDs and STARs are no longer available, and I am limited to VFR.

Please can you upload two more screenshots:

1. The ident page of the FMC
2. The nav download page from the EFB again (after finishing the download - the current screenshot is during the download)

Heres #1, I had to reopen MSFS2024 and it shows its updated to 2513, but it’s not always loaded to 2513.

#2 is apart of the problem, it never fully finishes downloading, the screenshot is from where it gets stuck at.

In a recent turn of events, the Navigraph data is beginning to work. What I did to resolve this issue was.
#1 Uninstall everything.
#2 Reinstall AIRAC, Navigraph EFB and Simbrief EFB, then loaded up the game and installed Navigraph.
#3 Reinstall the 777 addon extension.

I will update you further if the issue persists.

The incomplete installation was the culprit. It’s possible that you didn’t have the latest PMDG version, which could explain why this issue occurred now.

Simbrief, Navigraph EFB, or Hub has no effect.
