Data base on MCDU XPLANE12 A320 is not synchronizing properly

I downloaded the last cycle of Navigraph but is not in my xplane12 sim. Is the first time after years that something like that happened to the system. How can I solve the issue? tks

Do you have two XP12 installations on your system? What OS do you have, and what A320 do you mean, the stock one?

XP12, A320 Tollis and. What do you mean OS? Every time I downloaded navigraph cycle it synchronized automatically, but now I have an old cycle.

How can I fix it? tks

I have XP11 and XP12, but I am not using XP11

Hi…,

OS = Operating System e.g. Windows 11, Mac Sequoia 15.7.4

In the latest FMS Data Manager,Settings tab, check the X-Plane 12 path is correctly set and saved.

In Addon Mappings, Remove X-Plane 12 and X-Plane 12 addons. Scan and Save.

In Addon List, select and Update X-Plane 12 and X-Plane 12 addons.
