I cannot find this airport in Navigraph navigation data DAAY https://egsa-oran.dz/index.php/aeroport-de-naama/

This is classified as a military airport and therefore not part of the AIP Algeria.

You’re welcome! Yes, because the source is based on the Civil AIPs of the countries, and such airports are normally listed in the Military AIP.
