CYOO - Oshawa is coming up as an uncontrolled airport, but it is a fully tower controlled airport. What is showing as a UNICOM/Multicom frequency, should be listed as TOWER. Everything was working fine a couple of updates back. The tower is referred to Oshawa Tower, not Oshawa Executive and is in Oshawa, Ontario. Not Toronto, Ontario.
This occurs with the generic and the Romain Design scenery. Neither has changed in the last 3 years. There should not be any reference to Oshawa Traffic. The airport has full staff during normal daytime operational hours.
Hi,
Oshawa has both a Multicom and Tower frequency on the same frequency; you see this on the charts, too:
The same in our chart app and also in the MSFS data:
Cheers,
Richard
I can assure you that during the daylight hours (0630-2230), the tower is fully operational. I live right next to it. The Airport info chart 50-9A states the shutdown time due to noise abatement. So instead of allowing continued operations, you just shut it down completely and treat it as a uncontrolled airspace.

Yes, and this is exactly what the charts and the data show (at least in our app and with our data in the MSFS). Staffed tower, Tower frequency 120.1 - unstaffed Multicom frequency 120.1.
Cheers,
Richard
When you try to land during daytime, TRACON/Toronto Centre states that it is an uncontrolled airport. No ATC available, when there should be.
When I remove your data, it works fine.
Could be, but what shall we do? The ATC information does not come from us. What we do is only offer the data, and they are correct. We have a Tower and a Multicom frequency, as in real life. So, what should we change/fix now when all is correct?
I assume we are the wrong company responsible for that … I´m sorry.
Cheers,
Richard
PS: By the way, in the MSFS data structure, there is no way to enter a time window for which it is staffed/unstaffed. So, we can´t add this times even when we could.
