Please make it possible in Simbrief to add custom item 18 items on the dispatch page. For example when MPH is flying to the US, the remark UNABLE TO ACCEPT LAHSO is added, but this is excluded when not flying to the US. Please make it possible for users to add item 18 items on top of the ones coming with the profile, be it a custom or standard one.
