Is there a possibility to add a box where we can add a custom amount of baggage? So that instead of every pax bringing a piece of baggage? As a ramp agent/ground handler in Europe, in my country, a lot of people travel for work or meetings, and don’t bring any checked in baggage, so you might have a fully booked 737, but only 40 bags, just as an example.

Not directly, although there are a couple ways to accomplish this.
You could create a custom airframe with luggage weight set to zero, and then add a custom luggage amount as Freight on the New Flight page.
You could also manually set the passenger count and the payload (leaving freight on Auto), but this requires more math (you compute passenger count times passenger weight, add the desired luggage weight, and enter that sum as the payload).
It also doesn’t work with passengers set to Auto since you do not know the actual passenger count and therefore cannot compute a payload value giving you the desired luggage weight.
But it doesn’t require you to use a custom airframe (provided you know the passenger weight of whichever airframe you are using – all default base profiles use 175 lbs per pax, built-in custom airframes may use a different value).
Nevertheless, this is a valid feature request (which I only noticed as such just now, sorry)
