I have a several of CTD when flight in Vietnam. Last night, I flown from VVTS - VVNB and got CTD when I was near VVPB (CTD means freezed screen, could not do anything except stop game via steam). Then, I removed navigraph folder in community folder and everything worked properly. I’m using lates airac rev 4. Please take a look.

When you make the way around, to remove FSLTL, do you have this freeze too? I ask because between a freeze issue is normally different to a CTD. Next, I would try to remove any packages from the community folder to avoid a bad/incompatible package.
I have flown around VVPB and I don’t identified any freeze or CTD (stock scenery, AIRAC 2410 rev.4 with the FBW A320).
