Cruise level unnecessary low EDDM-LIMC

Hi,

why does SimBrief keep me at cruise level FL240 while the route is valid in upper airspace too? IFPUV accepts e.g. FL380 just fine and prevents flying almost 40 minutes @ FL240…

RAD rule LS4129 limits flights from EDDM (and several nearby airports) to LIMC (and several nearby airports) to FL245- from March to October. It’s possible nobody had time to manually update the restrictions for November - February for that particular city pair.
