I’m on Xbox Series X and the CRJ navdata updater has basically stopped working for me. The Check for updated nav data button on the tablet used to work even recently but now when I press it, nothing happens at all. No popup,no loading, nothing. I’m stuck on AIRAC 2509 on MSFS 2020 and on a 2023 data on MSFS 2024. I can’t update to 2511
I’ve already checked everything I can on my end. I have an active Navigraph subscription, the Navigraph charts link still works, and I’ve restarted my Xbox and reinstalled the plane. I also tried this in both the MSFS 2024 Beta 4 build and the regular SU3 build, with the exact same result. What’s strange is that the navdata updater clearly worked at some point. My nav data is stuck now on a 2023 database which I’m assuming is the base you get when you first get the plane without a subscription .But now the button is completely dead in both sims. Meanwhile PMDG and iniBuilds aircraft update navdata just fine on Xbox, so the issue seems specific to the CRJ.
I’m just trying to figure out if the CRJ’s navdata update system is down, deprecated, or broken on Xbox, and whether anyone else is seeing the same thing. Is this a known issue, and will it be fixed for MSFS 2024? Does anyone else has this problem?
