I create a route from PHHN to PHNY and i add two waypoints. Then i change to the Options Tab and change to VFR. Then the route disappears and when i go back to the General Tab everything is empty. It happens with the Windows-App and the online Navigraph as well. I add two screenshots from the online-Tool.

Me too, since wednesday is the same problem with my Navigraph either app or web, please report if you can have any solution!
Having the exact same issue here, no matter if I use the Windows, iPad or cloud apps.
