Could not retrieve charts

Hello!
I’m not able to see charts on the IPAD of my Airbus 320, on MFSM 2020.

Whichever airport i look, i introduce the code and i get the message “could not retrieve charts”.

And i was able to see them before.

Any ideas of what might be the problem?.

Welcome.

Are you referring to the MSFS FBW A320neo (LEAP)?

If so in Settings - 3rd Party Options, make sure you Link your Navigraph Account and set your SimBrief Pilot ID.

Hello Ian.

The aircraft is the Airbus 320 CEO (not neo).
Actually is the only airbus 320 in the market that has the iPad.
I use Xbox S.
As I mentioned, I was able to see them previously, but sudendly I could not any more.
i did not made any changes.

Please be specific on the aircraft addon. Are you referring to the LVFR A320 CEO for MSFS on Xbox?

That’s the aircraft.

As far as we are aware, that aircraft should display the charts. Best to ask in LVFR support , as they have implemented the code to call up our charts.

Hi,

go to Navigraph settings on the EFB, press few times “START THE AUTHENTICATION PROCESS”, authentificate yourself on navigraph page then exit the flight and go to main menu. The charts should work when you start next flight.

This problem is related to wrong ACCESS/REFRESH token and the steps above should fix the problem.

if the steps does not fix the problem then the problem should be fixed in few days because an update with brand new EFB for the A320 (with new SimBrief and Navigraph integration) is already sent to the approval process and going to be released in few days.
