Constantly signed out

For last maybe 4-5 days I have been having Simlink constantly log out and have been having increased difficulty signing back in– eg: immediately signed out again, 403 errors.

Simlink is running on a single machine. I have also:

  • reset my Navigraph password
  • uninstalled/reinstalled
  • removed all old simlink directories
    • including %appdata%
  • Verified my firewall is not conflicting (by disabling)
  • Ensured my PC clock is synced

I’ve scoured the forums and discord, and feel like I’m out of options. Any help would prevent further hair loss and lower blood pressure– thanks!

Could you provide us with your most recent log file?

  1. Open Simlink
  2. Select the Logs tab
  3. Press the Open log folder button in the bottom right
  4. In the window that opens, find the latest modified file and upload it to your next post here!

We’ll do our best to investigate the issue!

It’s gotten to the point that I cannot log into Simlink at all now, it immediately kicks me out every time– I did find the log folder in AppData though and am attaching.
