Hello, I don’t know if there was any change but I can’t read city names anymore. I usually use Navigraph world chart in VR to know where I fly. And now, the fonts are really too small. I can’t read any name…I’m in x4 scale. Is it possible to have readable size fonts ? Thanks
I probably do not explain clearly as I’m not a native english speaker.
In VR, the panel looks fixed too far away. The names in the map are too small and unreadable. If I zoom in the map, the size of the names are bigger a fraction of second before being too small again. It’s very annoying and it’s recent because if it was like this before, I would not have been a subscriber. And, to be honest, I won’t be long if I can’t read the maps anymore…
Can I expect an answer as I don’t where to submit a ticket ?

For further troubleshooting, can you let us know what VR headset you are using and even attach a screenshot/recording so we can get an idea where in the simulation it is happening? Do you also have a rough idea when this did become an issue? We will then try to reproduce it on our side and assist you further.

Hello,
I’m using a Pimax Crystal Light.
I think that the problem is maybe 3 weeks old.
I enter in VR in the cockpit then I display the toolbar and press on the Navigraph icon to display the Navigraph charts window. I select “World map”.
Video size is too big to be uploaded…

With version 8.44.0, nothing in the map is readable in the in-game panel and in the EFB.
It looks like the same problem that appeared in march 2023 (Topic: Text too small when switching to VR).
Can you please have a look at this problem ?

The issue with the 8.44.0 update is that the Scale in the Map section of the Settings in the in-game panel does not work. It looks like that there is an update in the desktop version (right screenshot) where the scale options are 75%, 100%, 125% & 150% and they work, while in the in-game panel the options are Normal, 2x & 4x and don’t work (left screenshot)
