when i fly i can’t tell if i should use low IFR or High IFR
i normally fly at 5000 feet however i can see the route magenta on the IFR Low and High chart in cockpit MFD however the route Names are not there especially in the cockpit what am I doing wrong
i can see the flight plan path but not the route name wether it is Jet Airway Victor Airways etc…..
Hello, if you are below FL180 than you will want LOW IFR. The route names may not be listed in the GPS the waypoints should be. Just depends on the airplane you are flying.
i understand and thank for your response, i am alway flying at 5000 and in order for me to see the route names not the waypoints and the IFR map chart within the MFD i have to change the option to High IFR if I use low IFR they not listed there is a bug somewhere, navigraph always assume you are flying above 18000 even when i specifically enter the altitude in simbrief to 5000 as well
one last question, why is it in the MFD chart set up the option to make chart full screen is unavailable , only day and night and zoom available the other is greyed out
Hi,
Can you perhaps clarify which simulator and which aircraft you are flying in?

Tim

I also view the moving map on separate monitor after I generate and import flight plan from simbrief.
