Charts still doesn't remember last window size

That’s odd - you are describing my setup, and yet it works perfectly fine for me and others on the team with similar setups.

The technical explanation for why this happens is this:

The app will reset to the primary monitor with the default size & location if the OS reports the window as “out of bounds”. In a recent update, we made it so that the window could be 99% out of bounds and still keep its position

From the perspective of our app - if we don’t reset the window position in this scenario, it will not be visible to you and you will end up stuck.

In the settings of the program shortcut, under Compatibility settings, I checked ‘Override high DPI scaling behavior’ (which is unchecked by default). And low and behold, now the Charts app remembers both location and size on any of my monitors, yay!!
