Charts not following aircraft

Description of the Issue

Lately I cannot get charts to follow my aircraft. It has always done so until now.

I have uninstalled Simlink, downloaded and installed the latest version from your site.

When I click on the tracking icon in charts an error statement says Simlink needs to be running.

I am using Simbrief and MSFS 2024.

Hello,

Make absolutely sure you are signing into the same Navigraph account, double check this information on both charts.navigraph.com, Simlink, Navigraph Hub and SimBrief.

Hi GordonNG,

I deleted and reinstalled Navigraph Charts.

I also made sure my Norton was allowing charts to operate.

All seems good right now.

Hopefully I have solved the problem.
