Charts Desktop has deseappear and impossible to reinstall it (Windows 10)

My current installation of Navigraph Charts Desktop in Windows 10 has desappear.
I can’t desintall it from “add/remove program” as the folder has dissapeeared and when I try to reinstall it blocks with the message 'Setup was not completed successfully"
Please help me.

I did. Erased all folders. In the picture you can see I did a new download from Navigraph. All steps followed but same message comes up.

Erasing folders is not part of that guide. Please follow it again, especially step 2 and onwards. Please follow step by step!

When running program it says I need to restart for the latest version. Still say aborted install. Try to uninstall and this is the message I get from windows.

I got it. Had to go to the unstill exe directly. Uninstall and reinstall. Now it works .Thanks

Ok, glad it works.

But from your screenshot you didn’t actually do step 2 in the guide. If you check the screenshot in the guide it looks quite different from yours.

Anyways, if it works now then you should be fine.
