After upgrading from P3Dv4 to P3Dv5 I cannot connect the moving chart to the simulator. I have made a screenshot of the simlink installation and hopefully someone can help me resolving this issue.

Do you have Simlink running only on your FS machine? Your Simlink mappings suggests a network ?

I have SimLink running on the remote PC. SimLink is NOT running on the simulator machine.
Correct the drives are networked.

I stated that SimLink only runs on the remote PC - wrong, it is also installed on the simulator machine.
I found out the connection issue:
my simconnect.xml was in the wrong directory (root directory of simulator). After moving it to the correct directory (AppData\Roaming\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v5) the Charts program connected to the simulator just fine.
So all is well again in the sim skies
