After getting a new PC and setting up my Navigraph/simbrief acct, I am no longer able to upload flight plans to the A330 on my PS5 by pressing the Simbrief button. My pilot ID has not changed, but the OFP will not load even with the correct pilot ID.

Make absolutely sure you have the Pilot ID entered correctly, no spaces before or after.
Quickly confirm this by going back to the Dashboard and clicking Simbrief on the top right corner.
Thank you for the swift reply, but unfortunately I have checked the Simbrief Pilot ID multiple times. It is a 7 digit number with no additional characters. Still, when pressing the Simbrief button, I get a message stating “simbrief plan requested”, but the flight info does not populate. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled the app on my ps5 to no avail.
I’m following up about this with our SimBrief team, standby.
