Can't update FFB777 V2

Hi, anyone know how to update this new FFB777 I bought recently please? I’m on a Mac so the normal Windows methods don’t work and needs doing manually but I’m not sure how.

Hi…,

In FMS Data Manager Settings tab, make sure the X-Plane 12 path is correctly set (and Saved) to where your X-Plane app is located. Posting a screenshot will help e.g.

In Addon Mappings, pressing Scan should detect the FlightFactor Boeing 777v2.
If not, choose Manual mapping pressing +Add, to produce similar to

I have no idea what’s going on here, the path is correct, it’s showing successfully updated and yet all of my planes are out of date and stuck in the past.

Hi,
Do you have multiple X-Plane 12 installations on your system, or only one?
Can you show us a screenshot of your X-Plane 12 root folder, where we can see the exact path?

Have you entered the path manually, or was this due to a first scan via the FMS Data Manager?

I think you were right NavData… I moved everything to a new external drive but there was a remnant remaining somewhere and it caused a conflict. Once deleted everything is back to normal.
