I don’t seem to be able to sign in to the dispatch for MSFS. I tried scanning the QR code as well as the manual link and typing in the code, in both cases it says Navigraph account was successfully linked but MSFS doesn’t seem to acknowledge that.

Same as for me.
I can sign in on the world map option for simbrief, but if I load into a flight and try and create a plan it doesn’t allow me to sign in
I’ve found the solution. Sign in by clicking the Navigraph blue link from the message and it will sign you in and redirect you to the navigraph site.
Restarting the sim seems to have worked for me. Initially it looked like it didn’t log in at all then after I restarted it was already logged in.
For those who may have this issue persisting, please try connecting to a VPN if you have one available. Otherwise, try restarting the sim as suggested
