Can't log in to MSFS Simbrief Dispatch

Hello:

To start, the details:

OS: Windows 11 25H2
FS Version: 2020 SU16 (1.39.9)
Add-on: SimBrief Dispatch for MSFS 2020
AIRAC update: all

SimBrief dispatch for MSFS is no longer signing in. I click the SIgn in option, enter the code in the website, approve and…nothing. This is a fresh install of MSFS, no other addons other than the Premium Deluxe content (Not even the world or city updates). Occurs in both the world map and the simulator environment itself. Doesn’t matter what aircraft I have loaded or whether I start with Admin privileges or not.

Check you have Windows time synced to local real time.

As a test disable AV and firewall. Reboot machine.

In Navigraph Hub make sure you are running Hub v.1.2.24 or later and are in the MSFS 2020 tab. Remove and Install Navigraph SimBrief Dispatch MSFS v 1.3.2:

Start MSFS 2020. In SimBrief Dispatch sign out, then Sign In to SimBrief Dispatch using the QR Code. Check your email for a code. Enter this.

You should now be signed in to SimBrief Dispatch.
