Can't log in on simlink

Hi there,

For the past day or two, I can’t log in to simlink. I’ve looked at similar posts here, I’ve tried the suggested trouble shoots, even uninstalling a re installing…no luck.

Any ideas?

Thank you for sending us the Simlink log files.
Sorry for the issue which you are facing right now. From the log file details it looks like system OS time is not auto sync with the internet. Please check your system settings about the date and time auto sync.

If you still have the issue then please clean up the Simlink configuration by this. After cleanup please reinstall the Simlink Plugins to the Simulator.

Feel free to inform us if you face any issues.

getting signed out constantly also. tried the provided advice, nothing.

when i log IN, it briefly says something about having trouble authenticating the account then you have been signed out

deleting the navigraph appdata folder worked once but then it logged out again after an hour or two… did it again, im logged back in, i expect it to fail again

Sorry for the late reply. I had checked the log too before sending you and saw a mention to something related to the system clock, so I checked it and everything is as it should be. So it’s definitely not that.

I also tried the steps you mentioned before I posted and to no avail.

Don’t know if it’s a coincidence as well, but since yesterday I started getting logged off navigraph charts as well, the difference is with the charts app I can log back in unlike simlink which just never logs me in.

i am wondering since the error im getting is “check your computer time”, the fact that here in the united states we just switched back to standard time from daylight time a few days ago might have something to do with it. this error seems to have started right after the switch

Actually now that you mention it, it makes sense about the DST. Wonder what the techs at Navigraph have to say about this possibility…

Hi to all!
I have the same problem by Simlink sign in (anti virus off,firewall execuded Navigraph and sim link) I try reinstal cupple time and delite all but everithime the same story. "PLEASE WAIT FOR USER AUTHENTICATION… and only stay like that!!?

Quick update. I still get logged off randomly and only occasionally, but at least I manage to log back in, which before I couldn’t.
