Cannot update or install navdata at all

I am getting this same error no matter what I do, ive reinstalled navigraph hub and charts and simlink 5 times over, disabled my firewall and anti-viruses, and nothing works. Every single time I try this i get this error and its very frustrating. I am unable to fly without navigraph as I can’t import anything into my aircrafts at all.

@Ian i’m still having the some issue here…

Same here. It tells me it can’t unzip the file, and when I enter the folder, it’s empty. It won’t download.

I disabled my antivirus (Bitdefender) and was able to download. I’ve never had to disable it to update Airac before.

A new update 1.2.20 was just released. Hopefully this should resolve above issues with Bitdefender or other similar software having false detections on the extraction. Please report if you still have problems.

I have exactly the same issue than Warper, as i read the released version 1.2.20 solved the issue , but my Hub release is 1.2.21, (i use BitDefender total security package)

i deactivated Bit Defender and the update process finish correctly.

Exactly. As I said above, I also use Bitdefender and had to disable it to be able to update AIRAC.

Hopefully, this is no longer needed with the new version 1.2.22 as per Navigraph Hub wont install Packages ( Stuck on Installing ) - #47 by m4rkus.

Just download from Navigraph.
