I am a new Navigraph user and have been unable to update the FMGS database for the FlightFactor A320 Ultimate in X-Plane 11. I followed the posted instructions, but the update did not complete successfully. The mapping path I used is:
C:\X-Plane 11\Aircraft\FlightFactor A320 ultimate\data
Could you please confirm if this path is correct or advise on additional steps required?
Operating System: (Windows 11)
FS Version: X-Plane 11 (11.50+)
Add-on: FF A320
AIRAC Update No: 2512 Rev 1
Unable to update the FMGS database on the X-Plane 11 A320 Ultimate from FlightFactor.

Welcome.
I suggest you uninstall/redownload and reinstall the FFA320 Ultimate to default X-Plane 11 folders.
Run …your X-Plane 11\Aircraft\FlightFactor A320 Ultimate\X-Updater-Client.jar to update to latest version.
Uninstall/redownload/install and run latest FMS Data Manager . Agee to Scan on startup.
If X-Plane 11 and FF A320 are not detected,
In FMS Data Manager Settings , ensure X-Plane 11 path (where you X-plane.exe is located) are set and saved.
In Addon Mappings , press +Add , for Please select an Addon… choose Flightfactor A320Ultimate. For Install into… , choose X-Plane 11. Press Save .
In Addon List , choose Flightfactor A320Ultimate and Update .
