Cannot see VFR traffic patterns in Canada

I installed Chart 8 on IPad Air and application is on PC. I checked following airports in Quebec, Canada for traffic patterns ie CYND, CSE4, CYRQ, there are none? Is the VFR feature available in Canada?

There are none in Australia or New Zealand either. I also asked the question and got no answer.
