Cannot log in after motherboard/CPU change

I am not able to log in to Navigraph on my PC. I get an “INOP An Unexpected Occurrence” banner.

My PC motherboard failed and in the process of debugging I replaced both the motherboard and the CPU. Ever since then I have not been able to log in to Navigraph. I have flushed the browser (i.e., Edge) cache, restarted, etc. I also cannot start Simlink.

Nothing has changed other than the motherboard and CPU. The NVMe SSD remained the same. There were no software changes to the system. Every other app continues to work, only Navlink products are now broken. I don’t know that the hardware changes broke it, its just that the timing is rather coincidental.

Note that I can log in to my account on another device (iPhone).

Hi…,

I suggest you start from scratch with latest Charts and Simlink . Please disable any Antivirus and Firewall.

Please completely uninstall Simlink and Charts using Windows Programs and Features exactly as under .

If they exist delete directories
c:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Navigraph and c:\Program Files\Navigraph

Then download and install latest Simlink and Charts Desktop using the default prompted locations. Do not overrule.

Restart computer.

Cheers

That wasn’t necessary. The problem was the clock was not set. For some reason after the HW changes the clock was not being set automatically over the network.

Excellent. Glad it is resolved.

Happy flying.
