Hi. I cannot get X plane 12 On flight data manager.

Welcome.

In the latest FMS Data Manager Settings, make sure the X-Plane 12 path is correctly set and saved.
In Addon Mappings, Remove X-Plane 12 and X-Plane 12 addons. Press Scan and your X-Plane 12 and X-Plane 12 addons should be detected. If not use +Add to add them manually.
