Hello, I am using the desktop version of Navigraph, and cannot find any SID for VQPR.
Is this normal ? STAR and APP are no problem.

Having found the answer: the AIPs provide no SID. Instead, there is some language which includes “No SIDS (Standard Instrument Departure) is established for Paro airport. Therefore, all aircraft shall strictly follow in visual meteorological conditions (VMC) etc etc”.
