Cannot connect with simbrief to the aircraft

I’m having an issue with SimBrief in MSFS 2024 and was wondering if you could help.

I’m using the Microsoft Store version of MSFS 2024 with an active Navigraph subscription.

The problem is that SimBrief won’t import the flight plan into any aircraft. When I press CPNY F-PLN REQUEST, it says REQUEST PENDINGfor a few seconds and then goes back without importing the route. The INSERT option never appears.

I’ve already:

  • Reinstalled MSFS 2024
  • Removed all Community add-ons
  • Updated Navigraph AIRAC to the latest version
  • Restarted my PC
  • Reset my SimBrief credentials
  • Confirmed the SimBrief XML API works correctly in my browser

The issue happens with every aircraft I’ve tested (A350, A380, A330, 787, etc.).

As a test, could you try this, please and let me know how it goes.

In MSFS2024, go to Marketplace → My Library → Content Manager:

  1. Find the Navigraph integrations
  2. Disable them
  3. Enable them
  4. Try loading the aircraft and sending the flightplan again.
