PREGO RISOLVERE IL PROBLEMA RAPIDAMENTE E INSERIRE I FIXPOINT USATI PER ENTRARE IN CAMPI DI VOLO PRIVATI E DI VFR. AVETE DIMENTICATO 1500 FIXPOINT CHE IO HO PROVVEDUTO AD INVIARVI!
I WANT TO REPORT THAT AFTER REINSTALLING THE NAVIGRAPH AIRACS WHICH HAVE BEEN DELETED FROM THE LAST MSF2020 UPDATE, ALL THE CUSTOMIZED PROCEDURES ILS, SID and ALL THE FIX POINTS THAT USERS HAVE INSERTED IN THEIR MODS HAVE DISAPPEARED FROM THE SIMULATOR!!!
PLEASE FIX THE PROBLEM QUICKLY AND ENTER THE FIXPOINTS USED TO ENTER PRIVATE FLIGHT FIELDS AND VFR. YOU FORGOTTEN THE 1500 FIXPOINTS THAT I SENT YOU! RESOLVE

I want to report that after the last update of FS2020 all Navigraph AIRACs have been deleted. After reinstalling the Navigraph AIRACs, all the fix points and all the ILS procedures included in the users’ airport scenarios have been deleted. I had created the ILS and the Fixpoints to be able to reach some airfields and airports (existing fixpoints), but Navigraph proceeded to cancel them! Therefore I ask that the problem be resolved and all my fixpoints that I have entered be entered. If the problem is not resolved, I will take legal action. Resolve problem!

I´m not sure, if I understood you correctly therefore please give me more information about your report.
To the easier part:
When did you send this to us and to whom? What fixes are these and in which format?
As you see in other postings with such requests, we add tailored data into our database but we need these data in the ARINC424 format. When you have your fixes in this special format, please contact me in a “private message” that we can find a way to add it in the future. But first, we must know what fixes you´re mean …
To clarify something:
The MSFS updates don´t delete anything - the only thing is, that with the latest sim-update the logic in the scenery priorities was changed. Therefore, it´s recommended to “remove” and “re-install” the AIRAC update after the sim-update (at least the last sim-update).
Please check your priorities in the content-file. Again, the logic was changed with the latest MSFS SU and you have a re-ordering tool directly in the sim, that you can prioritize your sceneries by your own.
I don´t know which 3rd party sceneries you are using - so for the next posting, a sample would be good - that we can install it on our systems to reproduce your report.
All in all, this is not a navdata issue. You have a priority issue between your sceneries and the navdata and that can be fixed by yourself via the re-ordering tool in MSFS.

You see, all sample waypoints from your package are available, when the package is installed correctly and the priorities are set correctly. For more information about how you set 3rd party scenery packages correctly, please contact ASOBO/MS.
