I’m currently unable to access SimBrief unless I use a VPN. When I try to open the website without a VPN, it doesn’t load at all. However, as soon as I turn the VPN on, it works perfectly.
It seems like my regular IP address might have been blocked or restricted for some reason. I haven’t done anything unusual and my connection is otherwise working fine for all other websites.
Could you please check if my IP has been blocked, or guide me on how to resolve this issue?
I’d really appreciate any help — I use SimBrief regularly and this problem started recently.
Hi, our servers are up and have not had any recent down time. I also checked to make sure your IP isn’t being blocked by the firewall, and it is not.
The other possibility would be a routing issue between the server and your location, or a DNS issue. Sometimes restarting your router/modem can fix such issues. It’s also possible (even likely) that the issue will simply resolve itself after a little while.
If not, you may need to contact your ISP for support, as only they are able to troubleshoot and fix such network issues from their end.
