is it possible to save a custom Callsign to Airframe? like “TCAS Simbrief”
I am flying for a virtual airline and want to have my callsign in Remarks automatic.
OPR/ is working great but CS/ not and i am flying online on Vatsim

You can add/edit custom remarks by creating a custom airframe, and entering remarks into the "Extra FPL Info (Item 18) option:
You can prefix the callsign with either OPR/, RMK/. I don’t recommend using CS/, VATSIM’s prefile form does not recognize it (since CS/ isn’t a valid indicator in ICAO flight plans). The remarks above would result in the following when prefiling:
