Simbrief/Navigraph does no populate G1000 with altitudes
What I expected to happen.
After loading the flight plan generated by Navigraph and Simbrief to ATC and Avionics via the EFB. I expect to find each waypoint loaded into the G1000 with their associated altitudes.
What actually happened
I create a VFR flight plan in Navigraph, then created a flight plan using Simbrief (copying and pasting the route from Navigraph). When I am in MSFS24, I then open the flight plan from the EFB’s Simbrief Tab and import it to the EFB. I then load the Navigraph charts/flight plan. I then go to the EFB’s route page and confirm the plan is loaded there. I then confirm that, all of the waypoints are loaded in the correct order and can visually confirm that each waypoint has a designated altitude in the flight plan. Finally, I send the plan to ATC and Avionics. Next, I checked the FPL in the G1000 MFD. When I do, the entire route is entered correctly, but there at NO altitudes associated with any of the waypoints.
This happens every time I load a Navigraph/Simbrief flight plan. Everything loads correctly but with no altitudes. (Note: I can see the altitudes in the EFB, but they are not in the G1000, which I must assume makes VNAV very problematic.
I have searched this topic on this forum, and the only advice I found was to delete the content.xml file and let MSFS24 rebuild the file. I have done this, but the problem remains a constant. The only addons I am running are the Simbrief and Navigraph products.
Any guidance on how to fix this will be greatly appreciated. Also, feel free to move this if I have posted this in the incorrect category.
