I would like to kindly request a bulk update to the route database for AIRAC cycle 2505 regarding several recent changes to waypoint/fix names in Turkish airspace. Updating these manually for each route is quite time-consuming, so a bulk update on your side would be greatly appreciated.
The changes are as follows:
For LTAI (Antalya) arrivals and departures:
Disregard changes below (TEWHE/ALNYA), I checked it and looks like our ANSP forgot to add these waypoints on airway…
* Replace ADBEL with TEWHE
* Replace KULOL with ALNYA
For LTAI departures only:
- Replace PIDEV with VAPEK
- If there are any arrivals via PIDEV, please remove those routes as PIDEV is no longer valid in that context.
For LTBJ (Izmir) arrivals and departures:
- Replace VAKUM with KULAR
These updates reflect recent changes in Turkish AIP, and updating them in bulk would ensure consistency and reduce the margin of error for flight planning.
