In the globe projection, the orientation of the arrow shifts/becomes incorrect when you start moving the globe, especially if its located at an edge.
Here is a screenshot, I drew roughly how the arrow should have been oriented.
From what I can tell, its almost as if it uses the top of the browser as its reference north, instead of the north pole on the globe.
